Hubby's going to receive a new watch from me.

Ok so the "ber" months has now officially started and yes, I loved it when it's starting to get cold, I love the ber months for so many reasons and of course the most reason is that my birthday is coming near! LOL! ( do I really have to broadcast it? hell yeah, Hey brothers, sisters are you all reading this?!!!) LOL!)

Ok. so I just noticed that most of the important dates in my life are falling in those months. like September 29th is my birthday, (hey sis, read between the lines LOL!) My husband's birthday is on November 5, Mum's birthday and Bro's also fall in these months( September and December) Our wedding anniversary is on Nov. 30. Mum and Dad's is on the 18th of the same month. So you might be asking..And so?!! hello?!!........ gifts?! I was like.. There are so many things to celebrate..

Anyways, I was just worried because last year I didn't get any present to my husband for our Anniversary, because I already gave an advanced gift for his b-day. So I was thinking of giving a watch. And I have to take note that he is a swimmer, so a perfect Seiko Dive watches
would be a great idea. He's going to love me more. LOL! I saw a cool one from bluedial.com, And I have all the good reasons in he world to purchase one for my hubby.

When was the last time you visit your grandma?

When was the last time you visit your grandma? oh, yes i just visited my grandma last weekend. It was very fun weekend, i went home in my province to visit my grandmother. It was just like reminiscing the old town, because it's very very different now.

I went there with my whole family, even my parents and my sister and brothers went there too. My cousins, uncles. aunties were all there too. It was just like a family reunion. Although were missing some of my uncles and aunties who were all livin in the states, I missed them so much.

It was so fun, My grandma cooked the most delicious recipes she had been passing for us for so many years now, but nobody cooks like my grandma, the smell, the taste.... just so different , It's really true that when you cook with your heart nothing seems to go wrong. So the lunch and dinner were just oh so delicious.

At the end of the day, We had spent all night exchanging Corny jokes but still laughing the hell out of us. Maybe because whenever you give a good deliver to a bad joke, it seems to be funny. And whenever my cousins deliver some jokes with funny actions and gestures , It just turned out to be hilarious. I was just listening to them because I'm not good in making jokes. I might be better in retelling them, but not making one. Anyway, I was just so happy to be with them and my grandma of course.

I need some help!!

I really need some help here. I hope you would take some time and give some comments on this post. I have two things on my mind right now.

1st:On November 18, My parents will be celebrating their 30th Wedding Anniversary and Me and my sister and brothers has still no ideas what to do.

We don't want to give common gifts, because that's what we do every year. My father doesn't like romantic dates because he's not that type, My mother do want to go out but both of them have hectic schedules. Their both very active at church, at home and at work especially my dad.

I'm very tired of going out and eating with the whole family every year, because that's what we do every single year. We want to do something unforgettable for them, something both of them will enjoy and remember. It's their 30th year Anniversary. It has to be different.

2nd: On November 30 will be my 6th year wedding anniversary. Like my parents do, Me and my hubby just go out and eat with the kids. yup that's all. We're both very busy. And i just want it to be special. Please! please I need your help and advices!!

Meet the parents: Not about this movie

Meet the Parentsnope. it's not about this movie It's a fun-filled Sunday with my family.
My sister had finally brought her boyfriend in our house.(Meet the parents!(wahoo) Everybody was so excited. Except my dad of course. I remembered the day when my husband first came into our house.(sigh)

Her boyfriend came with a box of cake(nice one!) although my dad wasn't home yet. I can sense his uneasiness and his eagerness all rolled into one very nice looking young man. (oh, i bet I'm going to have another cake.) He's wearing a tucked in, rolled, long sleeves, well-tailored pants and shiny shoes. Most guys nowadays won't even bother to wear presentable clothes when meeting the parents of their girlfriends. It may sound too formal, but it's ok it's Sunday.

And so while waiting for my parents, we had fun by singing with a videoke microphone ( it's a wireless microphone plugged into your TV so you could start singing like in a karaoke bar. We had a some sort of a singing competition (duets) . So the groups are : me and my husband (yay!) My brother and her girlfriend (Jay and J.I.). And my sister and her boyfriend (Mya and Chris). The competition was so tight! The air conditioner was no use at all. All the scores we had were the same(100). Until after few songs when Jay and jerese got 97 and sis and chris got 99 . Woohooh!

And the winner is..(drum roll).no need to say it. hahaha! "Until next time my bro and sis and to your partners" (yaya you're such a looser!) hahaha just kiddin'(i hope our youngest will be there next time) Oh well, What's important is we had a great time. And i really had a great time. and then my parents came home,He met my mom (who was just all smiles and so supportive and happy) And then came my dad....(scary. hahaha!)

So Cris and my dad finally started talking. (it seems like a job interview too me) and he passed!! hahaha!) I'm happy for my sister. Having a father like ours is really tough but not to mention his funny too. Yikes! it's time for work. gotta go! till next time.

Here's my beautiful sis and chris
